Hello!!! Today let's make Butter Cupcakes and here we have topping with whipping cream, so easy to make and simply delicious!!! I have to say that I am not expert about decoration cake at all, what I have done is only acceptable but I do confirm you that the taste is SUPER delicious!!!!
Let's see what ingredient we have to prepare.
Cake Body
- All purpose flour 300 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Butter 1 cup (227 g)
- Sugar (powder) 300 g
- Eggs 4
- Vanilla 1 tsp
- Butter milk or UHT milk 3/4 cup ***( I used UHT milk for this cake)
Topping
- Whipping cream powder 76 g
- HUT milk (very cold) 250 ml
***please see the suggestion method beside the box of each tread mark to make perfect whipping cream.
- Chocolate drop
- Ground nut as you like
***You can put anything you like for topping.
How to ...
Sieve the Flour, baking powder and salt together 2 times, set aside.
Mix milk with vanilla, set aside.
Oven 180 C.
Beat butter with the highest speed until it become smooth cream.
With low speed add powdered sugar little by little until finish.
Then beat with high speed until it become light and fluffy.
Add eggs one by one. Add one egg and beat with high speed quickly and add another one until all 4 eggs done.
***Please do not use long time to beat each one of egg because egg part and butter part will separate and not become the same texture. That's mean your cake will not perfect!!!!
Put half of powder part (Flour, baking powder and salt you already sieved) in the bowl and beat with low speed quickly. It is not nessesary that this time all texture have to become together well.
Put part of milk (all) and low speed quickly mix.
Put the other half of flour, low speed quickly mix. it will become as photo upper
Bring the mixing bowl out and mix well again by spatula until all become smooth and become same texture.
I use 2 small ice-cream scoop put the ingredient in to cupcake form.
I put six pieces for one tray. Hit on the table few times to make sure no air inside the cake so like this after baked your cake will be smooth and soft, no big bubble air inside.
Zoom Zoom Zoom!!! I put in the oven about 20 min ( time is depend on size of cake's form)
Here's come the cake.
Leave it to cool down.
Bring them out of the form when it completely cool.
Here are plain cupcake ready for topping!
Vola!!! Acceptable for how it's looked.
Let's beat the whipping cream and topping as you like or you can eat it plain like this.
